Palisades Land Use is a Napa based private land use consultancy. Our office is centrally and conveniently located to host meetings or attend site visits through the North Bay.

Our services encompass a broad range of creative solutions for master planning, land development strategy compliance, California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Quality Act environmental review, regulatory agency permits, project management, entitlement consultation and review, and wildfire mitigation plans. We actively manage and engage involvement across multiple sectors including our clients, developers, entrepreneurs, winemakers, designers, engineers, and architects.
